JENNY BEWER
Jenny Bewer (she/her), born in 1990, is a Hamburg-based visual artist and photographer. She studied Photography and Media at the University of Applied Sciences Bielefeld and received the Bourse du Talent Award in 2015, with exhibitions in Paris, Lille, and Arles. Her work has been shown internationally, including at the Boutographies Festival in Montpellier, the Portfolio Walk of the German Photographic Academy in Hamburg, and the Wiesbaden Photo Days.
Bewer explores themes of trauma, perception, and memory through her photographic practice. Her images have appeared in publications such as DIE ZEIT, Stern, and FAZ Quarterly.
